Trail Cam '14 — the camera you leave behind

The infrared trail camera, door open. Slide to SETUP to aim it — walk past and the red light blinks. Slide to ON, step out of the frame, and it counts down, turns its screen dark and shoots three frames by itself whenever something moves. Come back, slide to SETUP: the night copies to Photos and the replay opens on the first frame. Grey IR night look with a hot centre and glowing eyes, washed day colour, and the data strip on every photo — moon phase, temperature, location, date and time. Leave it in the hallway tonight.
