Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your SayWave account and all associated data.
This action cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your waves, followers, and purchase history. Purchased subscriptions are non-refundable after account deletion. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
How to Delete Your Account
- 1Open the SayWave app on your device.
- 2Go to Settings (tap your profile icon, then the gear icon).
- 3Tap Account → Delete Account.
- 4Read the confirmation notice and tap Delete Permanently.
- 5Your account access will be removed immediately after the request completes.
If the app does not open
Install or update SayWave, then try again. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, complete deletion on an iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple account. You can also contact support directly.
Data Retention After Deletion
- •Access to your SayWave account is removed as soon as the deletion request completes.
- •Most active personal data linked to your account is deleted after processing.
- •Transaction records and payment history are retained for up to 5 years as required by Korean Electronic Commerce Act.
- •Some backups, cached media, or anonymized analytics data may remain until their retention windows expire.
